This is our entry level plan and it includes a phone number to forward your companies phone line to and 60 talk minutes. When a call comes in your call will be answered by a live receptionist or the pre-recorded auto greeting. The time billed only is the talk time our staff is speaking with the caller, upon completing the custom message form it will be auto relayed to you and your staff; up to 10 email address's or text message phone numbers.

The Smart 60 plan is only $60.00 per month and if your needs change and grow you have the freedom to change to a larger plan. Minutes used over the included plan are 80 cents per minute.

Transaction 100
This is our standard transaction plan and it includes a phone number to forward your companies phone line to and 100 transactions per billing month. When a call comes in it will be answered by a live receptionist or the pre-recorded auto greeting. An inbound call with or without a message taken is 1 transaction, a relayed message is 1 transaction and if the call is connected it is 3 transactions

The Transaction 100 plan is only $100.00 per month and can be customized by your needs. Additional locations or physician's are $17.50 per month and include an additional 25 transactions. Transactions over the included amount are 45 cents per transaction.

By the Minute Plans: By the minute plans are designed to meet the needs of a simple out of the office receptionist. You are only billed for answering minutes because that is the only time our receptionist staff is doing work. Calls are answered by our live receptionist staff and if it is deemed that a messages is to be taken it is relayed via automated service. This automated service can be email or SMS text message and can even be programmed to groups.  These plans are perfect for low volume or high volume when you really do not need to speak with the caller but want to have the information to call them back.


By the Transaction Plan:Our by the transaction plan is designed to meet the expectations of the business or medical practice that needs the detailed service we can fully provide. This plan is custom to your needs; be it voice relay, encrypted message relay, connecting callers to your on call individual or simply relaying information. In this plan, we do not count minutes or total time, each answered call or relayed message simply counts as one transaction regardless of how long we are on the line or however many people need to be contacted. This plan is designed for a single location or a single doctor medical practice but at a minimal cost can be expanded to meet your needs.
